Fenoglio is the original writer of the book Inkheart, and in doing so, created the Inkworld. In the human world, Fenoglio lived just a short distance from Capricorn's village. His grandchildren; Rico, Pippo and Paula, often visited him. Fenoglio is one of the few people who can change the Inkworld without the need of the text.
